Founder's Note
I’m Christine, and Beurre Creamery was born from a love of simple ingredients and the moments they create.
Some of my most lasting memories come from the dinner table—meals shared slowly, stories passed between bites, and the quiet joy of something homemade. Growing up in Connecticut, I was surrounded by nature and the kind of meals that didn’t need to be complicated to feel special—just made with care.
